Testimonials AT&T engaged Red Shirt Interactive Group to develop the computer-based training materials as part of an e-Business solution for the nationwide consumer reporting industry. From the outset, Red Shirt took the initiative in proposing a project plan for the development of the training materials, which was integrated into the overall program plan. They worked with the client's Steering Committee to select the technology that would best meet the business needs, and to develop the look and feel of the web-based courseware, constantly offering creative suggestions that their experience showed would aid student learning. They also provided invaluable coaching for the individuals who would be using the same materials as the basis for face-to-face and distance-learning classes for the more advanced users. The Red Shirt staff worked tirelessly with AT&T and with our clients to hone and refine the many screens to deliver the desired message. These screens incorporated images from the e-Business solution that was being developed at the same time. Red Shirt worked closely with the application developers to reflect the evolving application screens within the training materials and also to integrate the training materials with the application. This satisfied the business need to force all first-time users through the training materials before performing live transactions, as well as allowing them to return to the training whenever they wanted to from within the application. The result was a brilliant success. AT&T's client was ecstatic with the online training materials and cited this as one of the major selling points when discussing the new e-Business solution with their customers. The initial set of training classes also went extremely well, the materials again coming in for special praise from the students. Both AT&T and the
many client representatives who were involved in the development of the
training materials found that the Red Shirt staff were a delight to work
with. They listened, they had innovative ideas, and they produced high
quality deliverables right on schedule. AT&T will have no hesitation in
using Red Shirt's services again in future engagements, or in recommending
them to others requiring similar services. The training materials
provided by Red Shirt are outstanding. The credit reporting industry has
conducted 3-4 training sessions with 20 or more of our largest customers and
the attendees have been thoroughly impressed with the materials. The
